Soulland is one of the most successful Scandinavian streetwear staples. Since 2002, creative director Silas Adler and CEO, Jacob Kampp Berliner have consistently redefined the context and business model of modern streetwear. Streetwear might not even be the right word - urban menswear feels more accurate. The collections of Soulland have always been well executed in terms of production and design, but for the past five years the approach has evolved immensely.

Recently they created a capsule collection of shirts, made from iconic, archived soulland garments. It highlights a consciousness about sustainable design processies while resulting in amazing 1 of 1 pieces. In their fall/winter 2020 collection another short sleeved shirt design took the centerstage for another capsule drop. This time is was a collaboration with the Charles M. Shulz comic Peanuts, in celebration of its' 70 year anniversary. All-over-printed dresses and silk shirts were styled with clean menswear on the runway. The collaborative efforts didn't end here. Soulland has just released two new shoe swith the Chinese sportswear company Li-Ning. The shoes have a very futuristic, yet earthly and vibrant look to it. One of the shoes have a separated second sole, which creates a round shape, to ease walking and running immensely. The other has a protective rubber layer to cover laces, and ensure dry feet in all terrain and weather. Both shoes are highly functional in their own respects, and inhabit a yin and yang balance of comfort and utility. This might be the first time you hear about Li-Ning, but they have existed for a while, at the frontier of footwear technology. Soulland is a master of many fields. The collaborative mentality has added new flavours to their collections and universe, while reaffirming their place among the top of the global fashion industry. They continue to create a perfect mix of daring and simple designs that compliment a wide variety of styles and tastes.
