Since its launch in 2016, the brand IGGY has given its take on 1990s streetwear fashion.The New York based artist, filmmaker and skateboarder, Jake Green, is the creative mind behind the brand IGGY. The clothing line is in itself rather simple, as it either features printed T-shirts, embroidered designs, graffiti slogans or imperfect sketches of figures or real people. Also, Green’s designs are original and features graphical and illustrated designs, it is skate-inspired, and it makes use of a wild and eye-catching color palette. The brand is named after Green’s miniature husky dog that has followed him everywhere for more than 10 years. Jake Green is trying to tell stories through his clothes, and his designs showcase a new and elevated interpretation of New York street-fashion, giving people designs that are unique as well as original.
