At stoy we always seek to give you the best shopping experience whether it is in our store or online. We select our carriers with care so that you parcel arrives in the best possible way.
During sale periods, longer delivery times is to be expected.
We reserve the right to request an additional shipping payment for orders with multiple items.
All domestic orders are delivered with GLS. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above 500 DKK (full-price items only). Shipping cost on discounted items are 49 DKK (parcel shops and business delivery only). A track and trace number will be send to your email when your order(s) is shipped from stoy.

Duties and taxes
Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay any local taxes and duties upon receipt of your parcel, for which stoy cannot be responsible. Please note that we do not have control over these taxes and cannot inform you of what the price will be as policies and import taxes vary from country to country.
A refusal of payment of any duties and/or taxes will cause a full cancellation of your order. Shipping cost and any additional cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
All shipments are sent under incoterms DAP (Delivery at Place).
