Stoy for 66°North Spring / Summer '25

Field Notes 001

My second time being a part of the crew shooting 66ºNorth for Stoy. This time, at Mols Bjerge. Driving out there, the sun was shining. Inside the car, it felt warm—until you stepped outside. Even in the middle of spring, the wind cut through. A small reminder of why we were here, why this brand exists.

During the shoot, I kept thinking about why we keep coming back to 66ºNorth. Maybe it’s because their pieces don’t just exist in a single moment. They evolve and adapt. Shooting a Spring/Summer campaign in that kind of weather felt like a quiet proof of concept. The balance between function and form plays out in real time. 66ºNorth was born out of necessity—outerwear made to withstand the harshest conditions, built not just to protect, but to perform. That purpose hasn’t changed, but the way we interact with it has. These are pieces that transition seamlessly—between landscapes, between seasons, between the extremes, and every day.

This may be part of why we at Stoy and 66ºNorth keep collaborating—some of our core values meet. A grounded and shared appreciation for good design and a hunger for evolving, pushing new ideas to be better, more considered, and always doing things with a clear purpose. Stoy for 66ºNorth S/S ‘25 is for real life—the unpredictable, the in-between, the everyday moments where performance matters just as much as aesthetics.
