Refund policy
General Conditions
We offer returns within 30* days upon receipt. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Stoy reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
All orders placed from November 1st, 2025, will have extended return until January 24th, 2026.
Returns for online purchases can be made by sending the item back to our return address or by bringing it to one of our store locations in Denmark.

The parcel must be sent directly to our address, and no parcel box or post office may be selected, otherwise we are not able to handle your return parcel.
Remember to enclose your order number as well as your full name. Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, the original delivery costs will not be refunded. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to deposit to your account, depending on your credit card agreement.
For gifts from Stoy.com, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For safety reasons we cannot deviate from this.

Domestic Orders
For domestic returns, a fee of 39 DKK applies if the provided return label is used. If you wish to make an exchange, the use of this label is complimentary.
Simply complete the return form and include it inside the package. We will process the exchange once the returned item has been received and handled at our facility. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for your exchange to be completed. You will receive a tracking number once your return is ready to ship.
If, for any reason, we are unable to complete your exchange request, you will be notified by email, and a refund will be processed.
International Orders
We’re currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders, but you are welcome to return your order for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot take responsibility for the package until it has been delivered to our warehouse.
We recommend using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking number and insurance to ensure your items arrive safely.
For returns from outside the EU, import taxes and duties may apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like a prepaid return label, please contact us at help@stoy.com. The fee for this label will be deducted from your final refund.
