Shipping and handling
We always aim to give you the best shopping experience. We select our carriers with care so that your parcel arrives in the best possible way.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. This information allows you to follow the progress of your shipment, and the expected delivery time.
Please note during special releases, campaigns, holiday and sale periods delays may occur.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your order and shipping location, you may be required to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your parcel. Please note that Stoy cannot be held responsible for these charges. We do not have control over tax policies, and the applicable duties and taxes may vary by country. We recommend you contacting your local authorities for legal and correct guidance.
A refusal of payment of any duties and/or taxes will cause a full cancellation of your order. Shipping costs and any additional charges related to the cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
All shipments are sent under Incoterms DAP (Delivery at Place), meaning that delivery will occur at the agreed location, but the recipient is responsible for any local taxes and duties.
Pick-up in store
You can pick up your online order at one of our two stores. Select "Pickup in store" at checkout. We will send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
We aim to complete your for pickup within 2-4 business days. Please note that there may be a wait time for pickup during weekends and peak seasons.
You have 7 days to collect your order. If the order is not collected within the specified deadline, the order can be canceled without further notice.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times
Stoy reserves the right to run free or discounted shipping promotion for a limited time - or extended promotions at any time on the stoy.com website.
Shipping promotions are valid for limited time only and date specifications will appear in emails and/or banners on the Stoy website - with at least a 24 hour notice prior to expiry.
Please note that during sale and peak seasons both order dispatch and response times are longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding during busy periods.
All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If an order is considered oversized, an additional shipping fee may be added after an order has been placed placed. In such a case, we will promptly contact you.
Denmark
All domestic orders are delivered with GLS or Bring. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders above 1200 DKK, excluding sale items.
