Refund policy
Items purchased on Stoy.com are eligible for return* or exchange within 30 days* of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Stoy reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
The return shipping fee is covered by the customer, and we distance all responsibility for your package until it has been delivered to our warehouse. We recommend you use a reliable carrier that provides you with a tracking number and insurance.

The parcel must be sent directly to our address, and no parcel box or post office may be selected, otherwise we are not able to handle your return parcel.
Remember to enclose your order number as well as your full name. Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to deposit to your account, depending on your credit card agreement.
For gifts from Stoy.com, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For safety reasons we cannot deviate from this.
*Please be aware, that we do not cover return expenses for international orders. If you live in Denmark, you can use the enclosed return label. In use of this label, a fee of 39DKK will deduct from your final refund.
* Please note that you have 14 days to return any sale item bought online.
Exchange
We are happy to help you with an exchange* of your order. Please fill out the enclosed form and ship back the item you wish to exchange. Please note that we are only able to exchange sizes between the same product.
*For domestic orders an exchange is covered by Stoy. For international orders all cost related to the exchange or return are covered by the customer.
Return in store
If you wish to return or exchange your product in-store, please bring the product with all original tags and packaging to Store Torv 4 8000 Arhus C, including your order number within 30* days.
* Sale items bought in-store must be returned within 7 days.
If you wish to return your product in-store for a full refund - it will be issued to the original form of payment, and it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to deposit to your account, depending on your credit card agreement.
Claims
If you have a complaint regarding faults in your received product(s), please let us know within a reasonable period from the point where the defect was identified by submitting your claim through this link.
