Shipping policy

At stoy we always seek to give you the best shopping experience whether it is in our store or online. We select our carriers with care so that you parcel arrives in the best possible way.

Upon shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace shipping number so you can track your parcel.

 

Denmark:

Free shipping on orders 500DKK*. Delivery methods applicable for free shipping are GLS Parcel Shop and GLS Business Delivery.

GLS Residential Delivery (1-2 days): 69DKK

GLS Business Delivery (1-2 days): 29DKK

Pick-up in our store: 0DKK

GLS Standard (1-2 days): €10

 

Europe:

FedEx Express (1-4 days): €20

Sale & release items: €25

  

US, Canada & Hong Kong:

FedEx Express (2-4 days): $30

Sale & release items: $35

 

South Korea & Japan:

FedEx Express (2-4 days): €20

Sale & release items: €35

 

Rest of the world:

FedEx Express (3-4): €45

 

During sale periods, longer delivery times is to be expected.

We reserve the right to request an additional shipping payment for orders with multiple items.

 

Duties and taxes:

Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay any local taxes and duties upon receipt of your parcel, for which stoy cannot be responsible. Please note that we do not have control over these taxes and cannot inform you of what the price will be as policies and import taxes vary from country to country.

A refusal of payment of any duties and/or taxes will cause a full cancellation of your order. Shipping cost and any additional cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

All shipments are sent under incoterms DAP (Delivery at Place).
